Graduated from the dual Master\u2019s program in International Taxation at Assas & HEC Paris and member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Elisabeth Descamps has specialized in tax advisory for large international groups and their executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After 8 years at PwC Paris working as a manager on complex international tax issues, particularly involving structuring and M&A assignments \u2014 notably for major Tech companies \u2014 Elisabeth developed strong expertise in corporate and international taxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has also worked in a family office<\/em> setting on wealth tax matters, including the restructuring and transfer of large family-owned groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elisabeth also provides daily support to individuals and businesses on the tax implications of Web3\/Blockchain\/crypto-assets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
