She has developed in-depth expertise in the financial services sectors (banking, payment, electronic money, investment, asset management), for financial institutions and\/or operating in the crypto-assets area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pauline has assisted many stakeholders in obtaining their authorisation or registration with the French (ACPR \/ AMF) and European (ECB) supervisory authorities or their registration with the ORIAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She also advises her clients to help them understand and integrate the regulatory issues applicable to their activities, as well as to anticipate any changes in regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pauline was involved in various market groups, in particular those related to the revision of the Payment Service Directive 2 and the MiCA Regulation within the High Legal Committee of the Paris Financial Center (<em>Haut Comit\u00e9 Juridique de la Place financi\u00e8re de Paris)<\/em>.
