Daniel Arroche advises numerous technology companies on their regulatory issues.

He assists its clients with their registration or approval as Digital Asset Service Providers (DASP) in France. In this context, he addresses issues related to anti-money laundering, drafting required procedures, and payment services.

More broadly, he prepares his clients for compliance with the requirements of the MiCA Regulation, advising in particular significant stablecoin issuers.

Since 2017, Daniel has also been involved in many French Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), whether regulated by the Financial Markets Authority or not, including some of the most significant in Europe.

He is a leading expert in non-fungible tokens (NFTs), gaming (play-and-earn), metaverses, and gambling by advising leading video game publishers and developers using blockchain technology.

Daniel also serves as a speaker on regulatory challenges surrounding blockchain technology at major French groups, business schools and universities (SciencesPo Paris, University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Essec).

A former member of Paris Europlace, where he contributed to the work on regulating ICOs and DASPs, he is now fully involved in the Association for the Development of Digital Assets (ADAN).
