Elisabeth Descamps
- Office : Paris
Elisabeth Descamps supports high-potential business leaders in their strategic and tax decisions, at a time when the company’s structure becomes a key driver of performance and security.
She intervenes when decisions truly become strategic, because they shape the future of both the business and its leader: growth in revenue and profitability, rapid hiring, implementation of structuring contracts, and legal and tax arbitrations.
Her role: to be involved as early as possible, upstream of key decisions.
A graduate of the joint LL.M.-level Master 2 in International Taxation from Panthéon-Assas University & HEC Paris, and a member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Maître Elisabeth Descamps advises fast-growing companies on structuring matters (disposals, acquisitions, setting up a management holding company, optimization of executive compensation, etc.), corporate and international tax issues (with expertise in expatriation and relocations), tax audits, and tax rulings (rescrits).
After eight years at PwC Paris, where she worked as a manager on complex international and corporate tax matters, she developed an approach that is both technical and pragmatic, focused on supporting executive decision-making and execution.
She also gained experience in a family office environment on private wealth taxation issues for business leaders, notably in the context of transferring family groups to children.
Main areas of practice:

- Individual expatriation & corporate relocation abroad
