Pauline Robin

Pauline Robin advises many Fintechs and financial institutions on their regulatory issues.

Pauline is specialised in regulatory banking and financial law. She has developed in-depth expertise in the financial services sectors (banking, payment, electronic money, investment, asset management), for financial institutions and/or operating in the crypto-assets area.

Pauline has assisted many stakeholders in obtaining their authorisation or registration with the French (ACPR / AMF) and European (ECB) supervisory authorities or their registration with the ORIAS.

She also advises her clients to help them understand and integrate the regulatory issues applicable to their activities, as well as to anticipate any changes in regulations.

Pauline was involved in various market groups, in particular those related to the revision of the Payment Service Directive 2 and the MiCA Regulation within the High Legal Committee of the Paris Financial Center (Haut Comité Juridique de la Place financière de Paris). Pauline is fully involved in the Association for the Development of Digital Assets (ADAN).
