Stéphanie Némarq-Attias advises and defends innovation players on all their tax challenges.
With 14 years of experience in a leading French tax law firm, Stéphanie offers a holistic approach to managing her clients’ personal and professional activities, particularly in real estate.
Since 2017, she has developed recognized expertise in Web 3 by advising many ecosystem players on complex operations, and by participating in think tanks to evolve tax legislation in the area of cryptocurrency investments, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and PropTech.
After teaching tax law at the University of Paris I – La Sorbonne, Stéphanie now speaks at targeted conferences.
She is the author of numerous publications on the tax themes surrounding Blockchain technology (Les Echos, Le Monde, Option finance, La revue de droit fiscal, Le Journal des Arts, Coins.fr, etc.)
Stephanie is co-President of the Tax Commission of ACE (Avocats Conseils d’Entreprises).
