Allison BENICHOU CORCHIA advises French and foreign companies of all sizes with a strong technological dimension. She advises them on labour law and criminal labour law, both as counsel and in individual and collective litigation.

Since 2014, she has developed a leading expertise in issues relating to the national collective agreement for technical design offices, consulting engineering firms and consulting companies (known as SYNTEC), a collective agreement widely applied by tech and blockchain entrepreneurs.

From 2021, by creating the employment law practice as a partner of a first Parisian law firm, Allison BENICHOU CORCHIA developed a specific competence on all the emerging social issues in the Web3 sector, in particular on wages and crypto-assets.

In addition to this activity dedicated to tech and blockchain companies, for which she has developed a particular attraction, Allison BENICHOU CORCHIA continues to work on all the more classic subjects of labour law in terms of individual relations (life of the employment contract), collective relations (internal procedures/collective negotiations), professional risks and hardship at work, reorganisations and strategic restructurings and various social litigation (Industrial Tribunals, Judicial Tribunals, Correctional Tribunals, Courts of Appeal).

Finally, Allison BENICHOU CORCHIA also assists executives and managers in the social aspects and tax optimisation of their departure.
